Discuss your programme

FAC facilitates shared experiences, team scenarios and leadership observation for HR, learning and development teams, and group organisers. The programme looks at two axes: how the group communicates and adapts, and how individuals contribute.

Group dynamics include communication under pressure, coordination, adaptation and recovery when a plan fails. Individual observations look for people who step forward, support others, share information or quietly hold the group together — including the “hidden gem” whose contribution may otherwise go unnoticed.

Armour is optional. Entry-level thematic games such as protect the boat, escort the prince or princess, and hold the bridge use assigned roles, incomplete information and planned leadership gaps. Activity intensity and non-combat roles can be adapted by agreement. Armoured participation is available only after the group’s requirements and suitability are confirmed.

Facilitated observations and debriefs give a group material for reflection and development. They are contextual observations, not a validated psychometric test or a guarantee of performance at work.

Offering 02

Team Dynamics

Typical duration
Half or full day.
What FAC brings
Facilitators, scenario materials, agreed equipment and debriefs after each round.
What the host provides
Suitable activity and debrief space, group objectives, participant numbers, a coordinator and agreed participation arrangements.

Offering 03

Leadership Identification

Observed exercises document decision-making, communication, composure and support across both group and individual dynamics. A planned gap in leadership allows different contributions to emerge. FAC provides an agreed written report with group observations and individual examples for a development conversation.

Typical duration
Full day, with a written report afterwards on an agreed schedule.
What FAC brings
Facilitators and observers, scenario materials, agreed equipment, debriefing and a written observation report.
What the host provides
Development objectives, suitable activity and discussion space, a group coordinator, participant consent for observation and agreement on report recipients and handling.
Paid rate [1]
[RATE TBD] — request a scoped quotation.
Volunteer / in-kind terms [2]
[TERMS TBD] — volunteer or in-kind delivery is subject to an agreed scope and availability.
