•Show up on time

• Know who is in charge of what, the event, the captains, the fighters, the other squires, the marshalls

•Know where the coolers, weapons, promo stuff, are merch are located

•Familiarize yourself with the different teams

•Have an idea of the order of fights

 

 

During:

•If cornering in a duel, be ready to open/ close the visor in between rounds

•If cornering in a melee be ready with spare weapons (follow specific league rules)

•Have waters ready, paracord just in case

•Keep an eye out for armor failures and illegal moves during the fight (tell the captain if you see something illegal)

 

 

After:

•Remove helmet and gauntlets asap

•Water the fighters

•Fan the fighters

•Weapons go back to their designated area

•Keep an eye out for damaged armor, broken straps, excess gaps

•Help de-kit whoever needs help, remember every suit of armor is different
